2-1-1 Information and Referral Service
2-1-1 is a service that provides information and referrals on human services. Calls are received 24 hours a day and are completely confidential. There is also limited financial assistance available for basic human needs.

Project Concern (PC) is a non-profit social service agency meeting the unmet needs of individuals in Dubuque, Jackson, and Delaware Counties. PC assists these individuals in maintaining independence in society and strives to improve the lives of those the agency serves. PC identifies and responds to unmet needs in society through collaboration with other social service agencies or through development of new programs and services to meet those needs.
Summer Youth Programming Calendar
Almost fifty summer programs and organizations have shared information regarding their summer programming and it has been compiled into a comprehensive calendar. This calendar has been distributed to various locations around Dubuque and is also available here.
