Each fund listed below serves as a permanent source of income for a local agency or cause. These funds are held through the Community Foundation and are always open for contributions. Gifts of any amount may be given to these funds and contribute to the quality of life in the Greater Dubuque area. Gifts of $100 or more are eligible for Endow Iowa Tax Incentives.
