Hyde joins Community Foundation of Greater Dubuque as Director of Finance

The Community Foundation of Greater Dubuque (CFGD) is pleased to announce that Tina Hyde joined the staff as director of finance on July 1.
CFGD supports nonprofits, leads initiatives to strengthen the community and connects donors to local causes. As finance director, Hyde is responsible for the management and oversight of CFGD’s finances and administration functions including budgeting, reporting and long-range planning.

“We are thrilled to welcome Tina to our staff,” said CFGD President and CEO Nancy Van Milligen. “Her strong background in accounting and management combined with her understanding of nonprofits make her an excellent addition to our team.”

Hyde came to CFGD from Heartland Financial where she managed the loan reconciliation process as vice president of Loan Operations Accounting. Prior to Heartland, she served as assurance manager at McGladrey & Pullen where she worked with clients in the nonprofit, higher education and insurance industries. She holds a Master of Accountancy from Georgia Southern University and a Bachelor of Arts in accounting from Loras College.
