Neely Farren-Eller Joins Community Foundation of Greater Dubuque as Inclusive Dubuque Coordinator

The Community Foundation of Greater Dubuque (CFGD) is pleased to announce that Katrina Neely Farren-Eller, Ph.D., joined the staff as Inclusive Dubuque coordinator on June 1.

Farren-Eller will lead CFGD’s Inclusive Dubuque initiative, a local network of leaders from faith, labor, education, business, nonprofit and government dedicated to advancing justice and social equity in our community. The network is currently in the process of building an equity profile to discover how diverse groups are affected by various systems in our community.

Prior to her arrival at CFGD, Farren-Eller was assistant professor of English at Upper Iowa University in Fayette, Iowa. She holds a Ph.D. in rhetoric and technical communication and a bachelor’s degree in English secondary education from Michigan Technological University.
