Child Care Resources

Through our Project HOPE initative, we are convening a diverse group of community stakeholders — including agency workers, child care providers, civic leaders, educators, employers, government officials, nonprofit leaders, and parents — to find ways of breaking down barriers to quality child care in the Dubuque region.

In 2018, we worked with students from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology's Sloan School of Management to study the region's child care landscape, and the report identifies a need to recognize child care as critical infrastructure for supporting working families and driving economic growth.

On this page, you can find downloadable resources to inform the child care discussion and serve as touchstones for our ongoing work.
