Jones County Community Foundation, Bringing New Light to Starlighters II
On July 10, community members came together in celebration for the grand opening of the newly remodeled Starlighters II Theater.
Thanks to a grant from the Jones County Community Foundation, the lights will shine on a new stage. The grant supported a new light/sound booth and necessary wiring throughout the building—all part of a community-wide effort to breathe new life into Starlighters II.
“I’m touched by everyone contributing and donating to make this all happen,” said actress Courtney Kayser. “It’s a dream come true for all of us.”
