Manchester named Iowa River Town of the Year

In recent coverage, KCRG news reported “Iowa’s River Revival” named Manchester Iowa River ‘Town of the Year’, highlighting the efforts of the Good to Great Committee to revitalize its riverfront by constructing Whitewater Park. The park will open this spring and a received funding from the Foundation for the Future of Delaware County (FFDC) to support drafting plans for the park.
