Joe Yedlick, ISU County Extension Director, has been connected to the Jones County Foundation from the beginning.
When he learned that the Jones County Community Foundation was partnering with the Community Foundation of Greater Dubuque, he saw it as an opportunity to support the Jones County 4-H program by establishing an agency endowment fund.
